What information you will need before you begin:

  • Income: Payslip/benefit details
  • Liabilities: Credit card & loan balance details
  • Living Expenses: Groceries/utility bills/insurances etc.
  • Your Account Numbers

We strongly recommend you have this information at hand prior to commencing to ensure you are able to complete the full application. Please be aware that we may not be able to proceed with your hardship application if we receive an incomplete application.
